Artisan’s are responsible for their own policies regarding refunds, exchanges, and returns. Individual policies are posted below the product description

 

Each Daylight seller is For any undamaged product, simply return it with all included accessories and packaging, along with the original receipt, within 14 days of receipt. We will provide an exchange or a refund based on the original payment method.

Retention of right to change offering

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services or specific features without prior notice. Access to services may be permanently or temporarily terminated at our discretion, without liability, for any reason.

 

Warranties & responsibility for services and products

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customers and customers will be responsible for returning shipment of the product to us.
